The Biafranized Nigeria and An Imminent Referendum (MUST READ!)

30th day of May 2017, will not be forgotten in a hurry, since it has left indelible footprints in the sand of time. Ours is a nation sating with a pot-pourri of mendacious and veracious narratives. I must confess my understanding of Nigeria’s economy, which I had always known to be souled by the commercial activities of my brothers and sisters from the East, became broader, as it became crystal clear that NIGERIA IS BIAFRA WRIT LARGE. Thanks to the sit-at-home exercise.

I dare say that Nigeria is inconceivable without Biafra, perhaps the reason why they are fighting tooth and nail to force the agitators to stay in an injurious marriage. The sit-at-home exercise, against all odds, shocked the world. Yes, the globe watched in awe as a people so maimed, brutalized, disintegrated, lied against, cheated, spited, maligned, and condemned grind the economic life of Nigeria to a disturbing halt for a whole day (24 hrs), leading to a national loss of several billions in dollars.

Like a harmattan inferno, the silent protest over the gruesome killings of Biafrans, since 1966 pogrom till date, was complied to by Igbo and non-Igbo speaking Nigerians with Biafra consciousness. The compliance to the directive of the IPOB Director, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the modern-day driver of the agitation, rendered commercial activities in the entire cardinal points of Nigeria comatose. I am not afraid to say that even Buhari, as President of Nigeria, could not have enjoyed such compliance.

Just 24 hours and it seemed Nigeria had been dissembled. Wow! Those that bear transmitted, unfounded seeds of discord against the Igbo know better now: THAT AN IGBOLESS NIGERIA IS AKIN TO AN EMPTY TUNNEL. Our brothers in the East, the Igbo, are the real soul of Nigeria, yet they constitute the most politically disintegrated lot in this Godforsaken country. It is an indubitable fact that the loss of the Igbo will eventually translate to the loss of Lugard’s brainchild, but should that notion stop them from clamouring for freedom? I am guessing my readers just inclined a no.

Now that Nigeria knows she is Igbolessly nothing, what is she willing to do to placate the Igbo and other Biafra lovers from dumping her? Whatever Nigeria is willing to do to avoid her imminent deflation is
