More Trouble for Nigerian Pastor Slammed with 22 S*x Charges as 18 More Victims Come Out

Popular South African-based Nigerian Pastor, Tim Omotoso, who was arrested on April 21 when he landed in the southern city of Port Elizabeth, and was initially facing two charges of s*xual assault and two of trafficking is in a bigger trouble as expected.

The 58-year-old flamboyant preacher was arraigned in a Court on Wednesday and is facing 22 charges of human trafficking and s*xual exploitation as 18 more people have come out and laid charges.

“He is facing numerous charges of human trafficking and s*xual exploitation,” National Prosecution Authority spokesman Tshepo Ndwalaza told AFP.

“He is facing about 22 charges, but this figure can increase again as more people are coming forward to testify against him,” added Ndwalaza.

It was gathered that Omotoso will return to court on Thursday to apply for bail as dozens of his supporters, mostly women, staged a protest outside the court, demanding his release.

The general overseer of the Jesus Dominion International Church in Durban, is accused of s*xually abusing young girls at his luxury home in the coastal resort town of Umhlanga Rocks near Durban

Omotosho allegedly handpicked the girls and instructed them to live in his house where they were forced to have unprotected s*x with him.

He was arrested at Port Elizabeth airport after reportedly being on the run for several days.
