Some eagle-eyed social media users in the South-eastern part of Nigeria have exposed some lackluster officials of the Federal Road Safety Corp, FRSC taking a nap in the line of duty.
Rumours have it that the male officials numbering three were heavily under the influence of alcohol which is against the ethics of their profession.
The identities of the officials are currently unknown.
