Last the APC lead government fought its way into the 2016 budget and some how manipulated the budget saying it includes a monthly stipends of N5ooo which is meant to be disbursed to poor Nigerian..
Barely six months no words have been heard concerning the disbursement. The rhetorical questions raised were as follows :
- Has APC started the payment of N5, 000 monthly stipends to the poorest and the most vulnerable in the country as promised?
- Who and Who has ever received that 5000 naira social welfare from Apc.?
- Who knows directly or indirectly who has ever received the 5000?
- What states have received these funds, on what criteria or basis are the funds given out?
- Whoever has answers to this questions should help me out .
