She got married to James Placido in August 2015 in an exotic beach wedding ceremony and just as she got the news of the official divorce she ran stack naked in jubilation..
She took to Instagram to officially announce her divorce In a video she post which she captioned, “Wahoooooooooooooooo THIS IS THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE!!!!!!! I am officially DIVORCED!!!!!!!!!!!!”
She expressed how happy she’s become after the divorce and gave a few advice to her fan from her marital experience..
According to Jodie:“Don’t be afraid. Don’t stay in a bad relationship for the wrong reasons. Live your life for YOU! Don’t be controlled by fear or uncertainty. The certainty is that only YOU can find true happiness and it’s within YOU!” she told her followers.
“Nobody should put up with bad treatment or feeling unappreciated. Remember, you are amazing. You control your own destiny. Know your worth. Never again will I be duped by anyone. I know who I am and what I want. No one can hold me back or take from me.”
The newly divorced said that she’s learnt an expensive lesson from her relationship and that ones happiness should not be dependent on his/her partner..
