Kaduna Govt Reacts to News of Elrufai’s Collapse; Says He’s ‘Hale & Hearty’ Despite Over 3 Wks Indefinite Vacation Abroad
The Kaduna State government has debunked speculations that Governor Nasir El-rufai is ill and receiving treatment abroad.
Since three weeks that the governor has been out of the state, there had been rumour that he was flown out for medical attention abroad.
But the government House sources debunked the claim yesterday, saying
” Governor El-Rufai is hale and hearty and is overseas receiving degree programme. He would soon be back to the state”
The source, who pleaded anonymity told journalists that
” El-Rufai has started receiving lectures as a part time student of Philosophy of Doctorate degree (PhD) in Government and Policy analysis at United Nations University, Merit, Netherlands.”
