BIAFRA: THE FEAR OF DONALD TRUMP PROMPTS JUSTICE BINTA NYAKO TO STRUCK OUT 6 count CHARGES AGAINST NNAMDI KANU- COMRADE CHUKWU OGBU
Before the inauguration of Donald Trump , Buhari has sworn never to toll the path of justice in Nnamdi Kanu’s case. This can be affirmed by several court of competent jurisdiction that first tries Nnamdi kanu and orders for his unconditional release. Even at that, the president in his first media broadcast held on 31st December 2015 vehemently insist that even though court granted KANU bail, he will ensure that Kanu severs a jail term.
Since the president publicly make this unguided utterances , Nnamdi Kanu’s court case has been suffering a systematic set back ranging from continue adjournment, delivering of double standard judgments on mask witness and so on.
Buhari instead of finding a lasting solutions to the economic situations facing the country decides to use public fund to prosecute personnel war between him and IPOB leader Nnamdi Kanu whom he perceived as enemy simply because he opens a radio Biafra to peacefully propagate for the restoration of Biafra.
IPOB been a lawful organization (as supported by federal high court sitting in Abuja march 1st ) has never in any way encourage arms conflict even when her members are been extra judicially slaughtered daily by Nigeria security forces.
The emergence of Donald Trump has dramatically change the whole situation. For the first time since the court travail of Nnamdi kanu, has a federal high court struck out 6 out of the 11 count charges.
The fear of American president warrant Justice Binta Nyako and her cronies to have a rethink and toll the path leading to justice. It is worthy to note that DONALD TRUMP is a friend of IPOB and a lover of freedom and can never stand to see Buhari and Nigeria judiciary destroys his legacies by framing up charges against Kanu thereby sentencing him to imprisonment.
Nigeria judiciary and Buhari should not undermine Nnamdi kanu because by the time he releases evidence and testify against Nigeria in a court of law, Nigeria will never remain again.
