Justice George Omereji of a Port Harcourt High Court has adjourned till May 10, for hearing of the matter filled by the PDP

over the use of Nigerian Army for the March 19 rerun election. The court also ordered all the parties in the matter to file all their applications.

The adjournment came after counsel to the Nigerian Army, the Chief of Defence Staff, and the Commander 2 Brigade, Patrick Agada informed the court that they had not been served.

It could be recalled that the PDP and the Chairman in the state, Felix Obuah had gotten a judgment restraining the military from being mobilised for the March 19 election, but the order was allegedly not obeyed by the military during the election.
