According to a shocking revelation made on social media, Usman Busuguma took to his Twitter account and disclosed that the above old man, reportedly collapsed on the floor of a commercial bank in Borno State.
The poster disclosed further that the man passed-out while queuing for his BVN inside the bank.
It is not clear if he collapsed or decided to lay on the floor due to exhaustion.
