Nnnamdi Kanu Storms Abuja High Court (See What is Happening Now) PHOTOS

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra and Director of Radio Biafra has just arrived the Federal High Court Abuja, alongside his co-defendants who are standing trial on alleged treasonable felon.

The arrival of the IPOB leader is greeted with cheers among scores of Biafrans who trooped around the court premises early this morning in solidarity with their leader. The Biafrans are seen with placards calling for the release of Nnamdi Kanu, and protesting against the illegal detention of Family Writers Journalist, Moses Agbo who was abducted by the Nigeria Department of State Services since December 25, 2016.

All is set for the commencement of today’s court proceedings as Justice Binta Nyako is expected to give ruling on the ‘Prima Facie’ suit filed by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and co-defendants praying the court to discard the charges of the Nigerian government against them, as the allegations are baseless and unsubstantiated.

Meanwhile, several journalists have been restricted entrance into the courtroom.
