The bikers carnival, introduced in 2015, by the Cross River State Governor, Prof. Ben Ayade, is aimed at spicing up the entire carnival content and re-enforcing its value, perhaps, as Africa’s most priced tourism event. This year’s carnival had over 400 bikers from different states across the country, as well as from different countries, participating.
