Benue women on Thursday stormed government house,Makurdi,exposing their bare chests to thank Governor Ortom for the implementation of the anti-open grazing law.

Governor Ortom who received the women thanked them for their support for APC-led administration in the state and also said the implementation of the law serves as a new beginning for the state. 

The governor took a bold step in implementing the law despite threats by Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria
