In an interview, Nnamdi Kanu’s mother Ugoeze Nnenna Kanu says her son Nnamdi kanu’s is on the right part fighting for the actualization of the state of Biafra and that she has no regrets whatsoever.

Unlike most mothers who would have been disheartened, this woman was strong and showed strength all through the interview. She went ahead to encourage her son’s supporters.

Good day madam , we heard that your son NNAMDI KANU have been in detention for over five months now, how do you feel about that?

Yes… My son have been unlawfully detained by the Nigerian DSS without any charge, and it’s really a shame to Nigerian democracy.

Now what moved your son to embark on the Biafran restoring, knowing fully well, that more than three million Biafrans were killed when such case came up past decades,

Can i ask you a Question… Your father struggles to get wealth, but he did not achieve it, will that stop you from starting from were he stopped? The fact still remains…. Biafra is our home, that our forefathers did not achieve it, can’t, and will never stop us from pressing forward.

Do you think Biafra will be restored?

My answer is capital YES. Because we were never one with Nigeria, so the marriage will never work, all we seek for is Biafra.

Okay.. Now do you have any regret, (your son has been in detention for over five months) because of Biafra?

I don’t have, whatsoever, because i know that he is in the right part, freedom is not cheap, he is paying the price, that is our ransom.

Lastly madam .. What do you have to tell people outside there supporting your son, what encouragement?

I love them all for their support and endurance… Let them keep on keeping on, freedom is not given, but is taken, they have to understand that my son is in detention because of them, and let them have in mind that biafra must come under our watch.

Thank you madam, it was nice hearing from you.
