Hon. Iheanyi Frank Chinasa (Dogo Bende) has felicitated the Deputy Speaker of the Federal House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Kalu, on the occasion of his birth anniversary, describing him as a national asset and the pride of Abia State.
