The Abia State chapter of the City Boy Movement (CBM) has announced the appointment of new officers as part of efforts to strengthen its operational structure and enhance coordination of its activities across the state.

The appointments were approved by the Abia State Director of the movement, Lucky Igbokwe, popularly known as Don Lulu.
According to the announcement, Hon. Iheanyi Philip Okparaocha (Orlando) has been appointed Special Adviser on Special Duties to the State Director. In this capacity, he will provide advisory support and assist in strengthening the operational and strategic direction of the movement in Abia State.
Also appointed is Lucky Weng as Protocol Officer, a role that will see him coordinate official engagements and ensure professionalism and proper conduct in all activities of the movement.
Similarly, Comrade Frank Eme Orji has been named Research and Policy Officer. He is expected to work closely with the State Director to provide research support, policy analysis, and strategic insights aimed at deepening the intellectual and policy base of the movement.
In addition, Hon. Chibuike Peter Onyeulo (Ceejay Rambo) has been appointed Provost Officer, where he will be responsible for maintaining order and discipline within the organisation and ensuring that members operate in line with the constitution and guiding principles of the movement.
Speaking on the appointments, Lucky Igbokwe expressed confidence in the capacity and commitment of the appointees, noting that their emergence will further strengthen the City Boy Movement’s structure and effectiveness in Abia State.
He congratulated the new officers and urged them to bring their experience, dedication, and loyalty to bear in the discharge of their responsibilities.
The appointments, according to the statement issued by the Abia State Publicity Secretary of the movement, Eric Ikwuagwu, take immediate effect.
