The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Bianca Odumegwu-Ojukwu, reiterated Nigeria’s position during a courtesy visit by Israeli Ambassador to Nigeria, Michael Freeman, at Tafawa Balewa House in Abuja.
Key discussions included defence and intelligence sharing, economic partnerships, consular matters, and religious tourism.
Nigeria is seeking Israeli expertise in border security to help address insurgency, terrorism, and cross-border crimes.
Israel pledged to donate around 60 fully equipped ambulances to Nigeria to support emergency response efforts.
