President Tinubu Congratulates Soludo On His Re-election

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has showered praise on Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo following his landslide re-election victory in Anambra State, calling it a powerful affirmation of visionary leadership that has transformed the state.

In a statement released Sunday, the President described Soludo’s overwhelming win as more than just an election victory, it’s a historic achievement that places him among an elite group of leaders in Anambra’s political journey.

“I congratulate Professor Chukwuma Soludo on his re-election as the governor of Anambra State,” President Tinubu said warmly.

“The overwhelming victory he recorded in Saturday’s poll has now made him the third governor in the state’s political history to win a second term.”

This isn’t just numbers on a ballot sheet. It’s a statement. Anambra voters have spoken loud and clear about the kind of leadership they want, and they’ve doubled down on Soludo’s vision.

There’s a reason they call him “Mr. Solution.” President Tinubu didn’t hold back in acknowledging what makes Soludo stand out from the crowd.

“Governor Soludo has demonstrated that knowledge is power and that academic principles can be applied in serving the people,” the President noted. “Under him, Anambra is living up to its motto as the Light of the Nation.”

The governor’s re-election, according to Tinubu, is “a testament to his visionary leadership and the significant progress the state has made under his guidance.”

From infrastructure to governance reforms, Soludo has brought what the President called “intellectual depth, discipline, accountability, and prudent resource management” into government.
