Former Abia State Chief of Staff and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Sir Mascot Uzor Kalu (KSJI), has called on members of the party in Bende Local Government Area to strengthen their bond of unity and work collectively towards advancing the party’s fortunes in Abia State.
Sir Kalu made the call during a meeting with the 27 Local Government Executives of APC Bende, where he said that internal unity remains the foundation of any successful political movement.
He commended the executives for their dedication and loyalty, urging them to continue working in harmony to project the ideals and strength of the APC at the grassroots level.
In his speech, the APC Bende Chairman, Barr. Okezie Usim, welcomed Sir Kalu and his team, expressing delight at his visit.
He reiterated the readiness of the party’s leadership in the area to maintain unity and discipline, which are virtues symbolised by the broom, the emblem of the APC.
Usim assured that the party’s leadership in Bende remains steadfast in promoting inclusiveness, teamwork, and progress ahead of future political engagements.
