The Head of Civil Service in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Mrs Grace Adayilo, has reportedly died.
It was gathered that Adayilo, an indigene of Abuja and the first person to hold the position in the FCT Administration, reportedly slumped and passed away in the early hours of Monday.
According to sources, the late civil service chief attended a church service on Sunday, where she made donations to the congregation, showing no signs of illness prior to her sudden death.
The Senior Special Assistant on Public Communications and Social Media to the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, Mr Lere Olayinka, confirmed the development to journalists on Monday morning.
“She has passed on,” Olayinka said.
