Justice James Omotosho has granted an order moving proceedings from the court to the headquarters of the DSS facility in Abuja.
The move which is temporary is to allow for the inspection of the shipping container used by Kanu to allegedly smuggle a radio transmitter into the country which he uses for broadcast on Radio Biafra.
