Family Donates Property Worth N85 Million to OPM For Free Hospital In Ogun State

In an astonishing act of generosity, a family in Ibara, Ogun State, has donated a prime property to the Omega Power Ministry (OPM) for the construction of a free hospital, rejecting an agreed payment of 85 million Naira that was set to be transferred on Monday, May 19, 2025.

The shocking turn of events unfolded Saturday evening when the family’s elder brother, based in the United States, contacted HRM King Apostle Chibuzor Gift Chinyere, Founder and General Overseer of OPM, to inform him that after discussions with his siblings, they had decided not to sell the land but to donate it freely for the humanitarian project.

“UNBELIEVABLE!!! I DON’T UNDERSTAND,” expressed Apostle Chibuzor, overwhelmed by the gesture. “How can a family reject 85 million Naira in this difficult economic period? Ogun State people are truly good and kind-hearted. May God continue to bless them.”

This unexpected act of kindness comes as a rare and heartwarming surprise, especially given the challenges OPM often faces in acquiring properties for its charitable projects. The ministry has previously encountered situations where families initially agreed to sell, only for other members to block the sale.

OPM’s Expanding Humanitarian Mission

This donation will facilitate the establishment of the OPM Free Hospital in Ibara, furthering the church’s vision of providing free healthcare and education to underprivileged communities across Nigeria.

Just this past Thursday, May 15, 2025, OPM utilized tithes and offerings to acquire a large property in Wukari, Taraba State, which will host both a free school and a church branch. The ministry already operates free schools in Jos, Makurdi, Nasarawa, and Kano, demonstrating its commitment to serving all regions without discrimination.

A Vision of Hope and Compassion

OPM’s mission remains clear: to build free schools for the poor and orphans, provide free healthcare, and prepare souls for heaven through the Gospel. This latest act of generosity from the Ibara family is seen as divine providence, reinforcing the belief that “when God is involved, miracles happen.”

As the OPM team prepares to commence construction on the new hospital site, Nigerians are celebrating this remarkable demonstration of selflessness and faith.
