As the world marks World Day for Safety and Health at Work on April 28th, the Lagos State Safety Commission is set to host a conference aimed at promoting safety awareness and mitigating hazards in the workplace.
The conference, themed “Navigating Technology Advancement for a Safer, Healthier & Sustainable Workplace,” will bring together stakeholders to discuss innovative safety practices and policies in a rapidly digitizing world.
The conference will showcase digital safety tools, expert discussions, and policy recommendations to create a safer and more resilient Lagos. By harnessing technology and collaboration, participants will explore ways to secure workplaces and public spaces, ultimately achieving a zero-accident environment in the state.
According to Mr. Lanre Mojola, Director-General of the Lagos State Safety Commission, the commission is committed to fostering a secure environment where every resident can thrive.
