As part of his commitment to agricultural revolution as encapsulated in the ARISE Agenda, Governor Umo Eno, has appointed the inauguration of Agriculture and Food Security Committee.
The newly constituted committee is chaired by Prof. Okon Ansa and includes distinguished experts such as Prof. Trenched Ibia, Dr. Etimudo Udongo, Amb. Alphonsus Inyang, Prof. Elizabeth Ebukiba, and the Honourable Commissioner for Agriculture. And Mr. Ofonmbuk Nelson as the Secretary of the committee.
In a press release issued by the Secretary to the State Government, Prince Enobong Uwah, the appointed members are officially invited to the inauguration ceremony, Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at 10:00 AM in the Executive Council Chamber of the Governor’s Office, Uyo.
