Atiku Stylishly Mocks Tinubu With A Throwback Picture

Former Vice President and 2023 presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, has taken to social media to share a reunion with his primary school classmates.

The post which included a photo of himself and his classmates, reads:

“My recent trip to Jada was yet another opportunity to reconnect with some of my classmates at Jada Primary School. From (Left) Alh. Bello Shuaibu, Alh. Sama’ila Jauro, myself and Alh. Dahiru Bobbo.”

Meanwhile, Atiku’s camp has also used the opportunity to throw a subtle dig at President Bola Tinubu.

Abdul Rasheeth, Atiku’s special adviser on Media, wrote a cryptic message that seemed to reference the controversy which surrounded Tinubu’s academic records. “It is quite improbable that you will find yourself devoid of classmates, coursemates, or family members—unless your existence is steeped in secrecy and deception,” Rasheeth said.

He added, “Recently, Atiku Abubakar welcomed a group of his former classmates to the historic grounds of Jada Primary School, a gathering filled with nostalgia and shared memories. The atmosphere buzzed with laughter and conversation as they reminisced about their school days, creating an inviting scene that highlighted the importance of community and connection.”

Recall that following his election victory, Tinubu faced scrutiny over his educational background, with opponents, including Atiku, demanding proof of his academic claims.
