Business owners and some residents of Osogbo, the Osun State capital have begun to lament the blackout that has hit the town since Monday night.
The business owners lamented that the blackout and the high cost of obtaining fuel have made them lose income.
They also lamented that despite paying high electricity bills, they prefer to have light than service disruptions.
DAILY POST recalls that the national grid collapsed at exactly 6:58 pm on Monday night.
The Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company, IBEDC together with other DISCOs in statements revealed that as a result of the blackout resulting from the national grid collapse, several customers under their franchise will be affected.
