Aba, Abia State – Hon Alex Mascot Ikwechegh, representing Aba North/Aba South Federal Constituency at the National Assembly, has launched a free transport scheme for his constituents.
The “Onyeocha na Aba Free Transport Scheme” aims to provide safe and convenient free transportation to students, traders, and inhabitants of Aba. Two brand-new buses were unveiled to kick off the scheme.
In a post on his Facebook page Hon Ikwechegh expressed his commitment to putting the people of Aba first and alleviating their suffering. He described the initiative as a symbol of his dedication to the well-being of Ndi Aba.
The free transport scheme is expected to bring relief to those who need it most, and Hon Ikwechegh has promised to work tirelessly to ensure that the people of Aba receive the quality representation they deserve.
Hon Ikwechegh was recently voted as the Best Performing First Term House of Representatives Member of the Year in a Nationwide Leadership Excellence Awards poll monitored by the News Agency of Nigeria
