The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) has elected Mazi Afam Josiah Chigwe SAN as its new National President.

Chigwe emerged victorious in the 2024 NBA National Officers Election, polling 20,435 votes.

He defeated his closest rival, Mr. Tobenna Chigbo Erojikwe, who secured 10,998 votes, and Chukwuma Nwabueze Ikwuazom SAN, who came third with 9,018 votes.
