The National Youth Leader of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, Comr Onyebuchi Chukwu (Delaw) has asked Nigerians to always appreciate those appreciate who criticise Nigerian leaders in power for what they didn’t do well.
Comrade Onyebuchi Chukwu stated this in a statement made available to journalists in Abuja on Monday.
He noted that Nigerians who criticised those in power are the true lovers of the masses without which the leaders will turn rulers.
According to him, “They loose alot because they are speaking out and the worst is that they make enemies of bad leaders and still make enemies of the poor praise singing masses they’re also fighting for. They are the real watchdogs with which the leaders are shaped or directed.”
“Fear those who sing praises of those in power even when it’s visible they didn’t get it right. They’re the true enemies of the masses without which the leaders would have performed better. The praise singers make bad leaders feel alright in failure and the masses stupid in complaining. They create enmity between the leader and the masses.”
He added that” If not critics, praise singers would have sang humans out of leaders. Without Critics, Praise singers would have sang leaders into Gods. If not for the critics, the Praise singers would have shut up the masses and make the leader corrupt absolutely with power.”
“Dear leader, critics’ are your helpers. Positive Criticism is good for you and better than unnecessary praises. When they criticise you, check if it’s a positive and progressive one, if it is, value it and value the critic. A logical critic is more in love with you than stomach induced praise singers.”
