#PASSION AND PURPOSE: Your attitude of passion and purpose has distinguished you amidst others. No one comes around you that will not be ignited with the sense of purpose and the conviction to pursue them to profit withdal.
#INITIATIVE: You understand the fact that initiative is the key to accomplishment. You are not the leader that waits for the future; you create it and this you have inculcated in your followers.
#PRIORITIES: Your sense of priority speaks volume of your unique leadership style. You are always clear about what is important to you and to your followers. You are not driven by the crowd but by your sense of priority.
#TEAMWORK: In your leadership style, you imbibe the saying of Henry Ford,”coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success.” You are a team player. You are always cognizant to the fact that no great accomplishment has ever been achieved by one individual.
#INNOVATION: You assumed office as the National Youth Leader of All Progressive Grand Alliance APGA and brought alot of innovation that has changed the narrative. You don’t follow paths, you create trails. You always venture into the uncomfortable zone. This is a rare mark of an intentional entrepreneur.
#ACCOUNTABILITY: Peter Ueberroth said: “Authority is 20 percent given and 80 percent taken”. Without controversy, you are a leader who believes so much in responsibility and accountability. In your leadership style, you so much seek to be a faithful steward to the sacred trust of your followers rather than doing what pleases you as a leader. Dictatorship and tyranny is not traceable to your leadership virtues. You are always conscious that you are not a law unto yourself hence you always uphold established laws and treat others with respect as people, as humans. You adheres to the economic model of trusteeship and/or stewardship as proposed by Mahatma Ghandi.
#PEOPLE ORIENTED: Your leadership style has always been anthropocentric. In you do, you always place humanity first. In doing so, you do not forget your home, a testament to the fact that charity begins at home.
As a Mentors he often don’t have a lot of time for himself because he is committed to a life of empowering others that he might forget to take a break. Today is a day to focus on you! You are a source of wisdom, strength, and inspiration. You’ve inspired many, directly and indirectly, to finally take the plunge and turn their fears into confidence by pursuing a new career and be who they ought to be. You are a ray of sunshine and the hope many needed to finally take their career to the next level and transform their lives. Words can’t express how special you are. You’re one of a kind. Not only are you brilliant, but you are also a compassionate, insightful, and thoughtful leader. It has been my absolute pleasure to have such an incredible example to look up to and learn from. I couldn’t imagine working alongside anyone else, the collaboration you provide is unmatched. Not many leaders can manage to balance it all, but you do an amazing job. Not only are you a visionary leader, but you are also an analytical wiz, a friendly ear, a compassionate leader, and most of all, the world’s most incredible mentor.
