Deputy Speaker, Benjamin Kalu To Participate In Abia Road Walk Festival

 

All is now set for a fitness walk in the city of Umuahia tagged “Road Walk Festival, 1k Man Match” which will have the Deputy Speaker of House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Okezie Kalu as guest.

 

It is being organised by Extreme Fitness with De Latinos in collaboration with Peace in South East Project.

Extreme Fitness during this exercise will provide a well structured physical activity to help participants experience the benefit of keeping fit at all times.

 

Benefits of this road walk include, prevention of hypertension, maintenance of healthy body weight, improvement in mental health and well being.

 

It will feature Fitness, Swimming, Games, Entertainment , Networking and lots more.

 

It comes up on Saturday 4th May 2024 at De Latinos complex, No 17 BCA Road Umuahia Abia State.

 

It will Will Stream Live on ABN TV’S Social media platforms.

 

The event will come a day before the birthday of the Deputy Speaker, Kalu in which he has appealed for a moderate celebration.
