Onye Njem: The Scary Moment in Iyake Cave While Exploring Ado Hills (Photos)

When exploring Ado hills I discovered that there was a cave which I climbed without any staircase. This cave was at the back of the hill In fact I have to pull my shoes before climbing the hill Because the hill was slippery but I was so eager to know what was inside the cave. After 43min I got to the top of the cave. I told my tour guide to take the lead. When I observed that this cave was linked with the lake because of the sand I was stepping on. The more I go inside the more my feet sink deep into the sand.

I Never knew the tour guide observed what I’m observing and inside was darker. He said to me bros, we should turn back that this place is looking scary. Without thinking twice, I quickly turned back, even my tour guide ran before me.

I kept Wondering what was inside the cave. I decided to ask questions not until I was introduced to an old man called Tijani Awomase.

Who later told me the full story of Ado Awaye town, lake and the cave.

My guest was not far from what he said, he said the cave is linked to iyake lake and that is why they called it iyake cave. Though he didn’t go deep about the cave from every observation my hypothesis about that cave was right.

The other part of the story remains a secret in my big heart.

I’m Dennis Chukwuebuka Okeke AKA Onye-njem one of AFRICA your number one celebrity Tourist in Africa.
