Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State recently approved the 2024 Appropriation Bill, allocating a total of N800 billion.
Initially presented on Wednesday, December 13, to the House of Assembly under Speaker Edison Ehie’s leadership, the governor officially signed the budget on Thursday at the Government House in Port Harcourt.
