Hon. Ginger was vindicated by the Court of Appeal in Abuja today, as the court dismissed an application from Mr ACB Agbazuere to review a previous decision.
The court found that the application was without merit, and ordered ACB Agbazuere to pay a cost of 5 million naira.
Speaking with us, a source who monitored the court proceeding stated that yhis is a major victory for Hon. Ginger Onwusibe and his supporters, and demonstrates the strength of his case.
IGBERE TV recalls that the Court of Appeal sitting In Lagos upheld the election of Hon Ginger Onwusibe (Labour Party) as the member Representing Isiala Ngwa North and South Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives.
The Court dismissed the Appeal by PDP and Its candidate Prof A C B Agbazuere.
