Edo Deputy Governor, Philip Shaibu on Monday formally declared his interest to contest the upcoming Edo governorship election slated for next year.
Shaibu made the declaration at a well-attended event attended by supporters and PDP faithful at the Bishop Kelly Pastoral Centre, Airport Road, Benin City.
