Sean Diddy Combs has been sued by a third accuser for sexual assault
The lawsuit was filed before the one-year special quota for such suits under New York State’s Adult Survivors Act
The new Lawsuit filed by an anonymous accuser, alleges that Diddy and singer-songwriter Aaron Hall alternately raped the accuser and her friend in 1990 or 1991, with Diddy becoming enraged and violent a few days later.
The accuser, who identifies herself as Jane Doe, claims that she met Diddy and Hall at an event hosted by MCA Records, the distributor of Uptown Records, at the company’s offices in New York City.
The application states that “Combs and Hall were very flirtatious and hands-on with Jane Doe and her friends, offering them drinks throughout the evening.”
Toward the end of the event, Combs and Hall allegedly invited the women to Hall’s apartment for an after-party.
While at Hall’s apartment, Jane Doe was offered more drinks and coerced into having s3x with Combs.
After Combs had done his business, Jane Doe lay in bed, shocked and traumatized. As she was getting dressed, Hall broke into the room, held her down, and forced Jane Doe to have s3x with him.
According to the complaint, Jane Doe immediately dressed and fled Hall’s house after being raped. She later spoke to a friend and learned that the other woman “was forced to have s3x with Combs and Hall in another room.”
The document states, “Upon information and belief, when Combs finished having s3x with Jane Doe, he and Hall switched places.”
A few days after the alleged assault, Combs allegedly visited the home where Jane Doe and her friend were staying and attacked them.
The accuser alleges that “he became angry, assaulted Jane Doe to the point that she fainted and began choking her.”
“Combs was looking for Jane Doe’s friends because he was worried that she would tell the girls she was with at the time about what he and Hall had done to them.”
In addition to Hall and Combs, MCA Music Entertainment and Gefin Records are also named as defendants.
The lawsuit, filed in New York County Supreme Court, alleges that Jane Doe “informed close friends and family of what had happened.”
It alleges that she sought treatment “to heal from the trauma inflicted on her by Combs and Hall.”
The latest lawsuit against Diddy was filed after two women accused Diddy of sexual assault.
Diddy’s ex-girlfriend, singer Kathy Ventura, sued him last week for rape and s3x trafficking, and the two eventually reached an out-of-court settlement.
The second lawsuit, filed this week, alleges that Diddy intentionally drugged and sexually assaulted Joy Dickerson Neal, a student at Syracuse University who was visiting New York City at the time of the January 1991 incident.
