The Oyo State Police Command has paraded a 45-year-old ritual suspect identified as Hassan Kolawole, who was arrested with a live human head in Ibadan, the state capital.
Kolawole was paraded along with nine others arrested for various offenses in different parts of the state.
According to the state Police Public Relations Officer, Adewale Osifeso, their belongings included a fresh human head, hands, and one HP laptop computer
