The Oba of Lagos, Riliwan Akiolu on Monday the 6th November 2023, called on president Tinubu and his rivals in the 2023 presidential election, Atiku Abubakar, Obi and others to come together and move the Country forward.
Speaking with a media correspondence from united kingdom, the Lagos oba said, “Politicians should be more concern and focus on the welfare of the people”.
“Many things are happening to our country. Politicians don’t fight because they will settle later.All of them should come together and move Nigeria forward ”
“Let’s find jobs for the unemployed population. Greed and indiscipline is our problem. We are too far away from God.
Any man who is contented,God would reward him” said Oba.
“All of them should come together and unite for the progress of the country. The current leadership is from God . The president resident,I have told him that it’s God that put him there but whosoever is at the top,
Should be prayerful , truthful and do what is expected”, he said.
