Chochoh, a close friend and former manager of veteran actor John Okafor, better known as Mr. Eve, has refuted claims that Mr. Eve has died.
In an interview with Daily Trust magazine, Chochoh revealed that Mr. Yves is alive and is scheduled to undergo surgery on Saturday or early Sunday morning.
He said;
‘He has been dead online for about two months now. He is already dead online, but offline he is still alive. He will have surgery today or tomorrow morning. I was his former manager and we are still very close. He is already dead online, but very much alive in reality.
Regarding the reports of Mr. Eve’s amputation, Chocho stated;
‘He has had complications due to health conditions, but this time he is battling diabetes. Contrary to online reports that he wanted to cut off his foot, doctors advised him to cut off two toes.
