In the appeal filed by Atiku Abubakar, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate in the most recent presidential election, the Supreme Court has set a date for a hearing.
Atiku is appealing the decision of the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) from September 6, which dismissed his petition challenging President Bola Tinubu’s election victory on February 25.
On Thursday, October 19, the supreme court informed all parties involved that a hearing would be held on Monday, October 23.
