An infant’s mouth was found with a young girl’s toe and tongue inside.
The family brought the girl to look after the child.
The mother of the child, however, discovered a video of the young nanny sticking her tongue and toe down the baby’s throat.
The girl allegedly deleted the video, but it was later found in the recycle bin.
She put her toe in the child’s mouth, making the child struggle to breathe, and the video of it was posted online.
The girl can also be seen in the video confessing to performing the act.
