In anticipation of Senate confirmation, President Tinubu has given his blessing to Ola Olukoyede’s appointment as the Executive Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for a four-year initial term that is renewable.

According to a statement made by the presidential media aide, Ajuri Ngelali, Ola Olukoyede is a lawyer with over twenty-two (22) years of experience as a regulatory compliance consultant and specialist in fraud management and corporate intelligence.
