The Abia state governorship election petition tribunal sitting in Umuahia have struck out the petition filed by PDP and Okey Ahaiwe.
Igbere TV can confirm that the 3-Man panel in an unanimous rulling held that the People’s Democratic Party and its candidate in the March 11th Governorship Election did not provide sufficient evidence to prove that Governor Alex Otti didn’t win the election.
As at the time of filling this report, the tribunal is observing a break to reconvene for the matter concerning the APC and its candidate, High Chief Ikechi Emenike.
