Gift David Okpara, shown in the above photo, has been named as a wanted person by the Nigerian Police Force for conspiring, engaging in cult activity, and killing SP Bako Angbashim, a divisional police officer in the state of Rivers.
When Bako and his men ran out of ammunition, they were involved in a shootout with Okpara’s cult.
The injured supercop was taken hostage by Gift and his men, who then killed him, dismembered his body, and posted a video of the heinous crime online.
Gift has a N101 million bounty on his head, according to the Rivers state police command.
