The federal government have reportedly give universities the freedom to investigate new sources of funding their operations in an effort to launch a new innovative method of funding tertiary education.
Speaking on Monday, September 11 at Nigeria’s Annual Education Conference (NAEC) in Abuja, Minister of Education, Prof.
