In a judgment delivered on Today, the appeal panel, affirm that Dr Jasper Uche is the rightful deputy Governorship Candidate of the Party in Abia State for the 2023 general election.
The court agreed with Dr. Uche’s legal team that the nomination of Hon Igwe died with the former PDP Candidate.
Consequently, the court affirmed Dr Jasper Chidiebube Uche as the dully nominated deputy governorship candidate.
The court also awarded N500 000 five hundred thousand Naira as cost of litigation against Hon Igwe.
