PMC Wagner Group founder Yevgeny Prigozhin was killed when his plane crashed while flying from Moscow to St Petersburg.

Also killed were top PMC Wagner Group officials including second in command and former Russian SpecOps officer Dmitry Utkin, and aide Veleriy Chekalov.
It is still not know what caused the crash but there are pro-Wagner groups said that Russian air defenses shot down the aircraft, and other Russian figures believe it could have been due to a bomb planted inside the aircraft.
In both reasons, it is believed that there was intent in killing Prigozhin from within Russia’s leadership, considering Prigozhin’s involvement in a failed coup against Russian Pres. Vladimir Putin and his Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu and Russian Armed Forces Chief of General Staff Gen. Valery Gerasimov.
Its obvious that this is coming, since everyone that committed acts that are not acceptable to Pres. Putin ended up dead in questionable circumstances. in our post last June, we already said that expect a questionable death for Prigozhin very soon. And here it is.
With Prigozhin’s death, it remains to be seen what will happen to PMC Wagner Group.
