"No going back on protests!" Labour Insists on 2nd August lockdown

The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) has reiterated its resolve to go ahead with its August 2, 2023 nationwide protest.

The union announced last week that they will embark on a nationwide protest over ‘’anti-people’ polices introduced by the Tinubu-led government.

In a tweet posted this morning, NLC said they will stop complaining about the bad policies and hit the streets nationwide on August 2.

The Twitter post reads:

@NLCHeadquarters:

No more lamentations, take action now!
