China’s first domestically-built large cruise ship, “Adora Magic City,” successfully concluded its 1st sea trial in Shanghai after an 8-day voyage. The ship will conduct equipment and system debugging and finish interior decoration, preparing for its 2nd sea trial in Q3.
The trial voyage concluded with all the tests meeting the designed standards. According to China’s Global Television Network (CGTN), not only does this mean China’s production chain in the cruise industry will become more complete, it also makes China one of the five countries that have the capacity to build large cruise vessels.
The cruise vessel can accommodate over 5,000 guests.
