Do you focus on people's single mistake/offense while forgetting their great deeds?

We easily remember people’s offences and assess them by those acts, while easily forgetting their acts of heroism.

While this discussion isn’t about any particular individual, everyone of us had one heroic act or another by which we can be remembered, or remember someone else.

Whenever the “worst world cup miss” is mentioned, you quickly remember Yakubu Aiyegbeni. But do you know that Aiyegbeni is..

* 1st premier league player to score against all the 20 premier league clubs

* Top Nigerian Highest Premier League Goal Scorer (95)

* Second Premier League Player to score 4 Goals in a game with two Clubside ( with Portsmouth and Blackburn )

* The first African to score a UEFA Champions League Hat-Trick ( 2002)

* Most Premier League Hat-Trick for an African ( 4)

* Youngest African to score a UEFA Champions League Hat-Trick ( 19 Years)

* However, that terrible miss against South Korea in South Africa 2010 is what many people still remembers about Yakubu Aiyegbeni.

Besides the one mistake/offense by that friend, sibling, colleague, partner, boss or employer, there are various other kind acts for which you can focus on, and appreciate them.
