The Lagos state police command have arrested a suspected armed Robber named Gafa Odusoya during Robbery operation in Agege Lagos, IgbereTV has learned.

The suspect, 20, was arrested after one of his victims allegedly trapped him with hot $3x in her room during a robbery operation with other members of his gang.
According to P.M.express the incident happened on 17th June ,2023 in the early hours of the morning at Berebere Street, Isale-Oja area of Agege, Lagos, where the lady resides.
The armed men reportedly broke into the lady’s apartment and robbed her of properties including gold necklace, other expensive jewelries, and ATM cards, which they used to withdraw her money by force.
However, while other members of the gang were escaping, Odusoya stayed back and forcefully engaged the lady in $3x. The victim deliberately delayed him and pretended to be enjoying the $3x.
While he was still in the act, the lady’s neighbours went to the victim’s apartment, held him and handed over to the Police in the area, where he was detained for interrogation over his alleged criminal conduct.
During interrogation, the Police discovered that he actually went there with his gang for a robbery operation before he r@ped the victim in a dastardly manner.
He was found culpable and subsequently charged before the Ogba Magistrate Court for conspiracy, armed robbery and rape.
When he was arraigned, the Court did not take his plea following a motion moved by the prosecutor, DSP Clara Olagbayi, asking the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for legal advice.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. H.B. Mogaji, ordered his remand in custody pending the outcome of the DPP’s advice and directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send it to the DPP.
The matter was adjourned for mention while the defendant was remanded in custody at the Correctional Centre at Kirikiri town, Lagos, pending the outcome of the DPP’s advice, which will determine if the matter will be transferred to the High Court or not over jurisdiction.
